Letter to the President of FISO for clarification on the first night of the Italian Cup

Dear President,

I write in a moment of despair, having seen my request to participate in the M Night Elite Cup Italy refused. I counted a lot in this unique and rare opportunity that I could grant the FISO to confront the great national guidance, but my request has been (rightly I would say thereof, competitions 2010) the refusal by the Technical Delegate and race organizers.

But what does not and I can not myself clear is why the same regulation races dated 2009 appeared the limitation of 40 points instead of 60 in the basic list.
a closer look in 2008 but were found to be 60 points and 40 points in 2007.

Each year a different regulation applies, and this does not help to clarify matters in the already intricate world of Federal Regulations and to accept a basic list that already has if not a few questionable points.

So as of now are asking for a formal commitment to resolve substantive and permanently for future years that this problem seems to me you're dragging for too many years in a continuous alternation of responses. I hope you will forward my request to the proper federal authority, for this to take action to give a certain and definitive answers to the question for years to become.

PS Attached is in my opinion (Ahime!) flawless interpretation of the barrier to participation in the 2010 Night of the Italian Cup but contrasts with that of 2009.
